The contents of `u` are copied and the previous contents of `this` are discarded. Capacity remains unchanged.

Postconditions

this->buffer() == u.buffer() && this->buffer().data() != u.buffer().data()

Complexity

Linear in `u.size()`.

Exception Safety

Throws nothing.
