struct StdTestAllocatorConfiguration;This struct provides a namespace for functions that manipulate and access the delegate allocator for StdTestAllocator. The delegate allocator is the allocator to which StdTestAllocator objects delegate their operations. The provided operations are not thread-safe. Note that this allocator is configured globally as C++03 standard compliant allocators cannot have individually identifiable state.
