BloombergLP::bdlm::operator!=

Return true if the specified lhs and rhs metrics do not have the same value and false otherwise.

Description

Two Metric objects do not have the same value if their types are not the same or they have different values.

Return Value

true if lhs and rhs have different values, and false otherwise
