Set whether d_value currently refers to a valid object.

If the specified isUnconstructedFlag is false, then d_value refers to a valid object of (the template parameter) TYPE, otherwise (if isUnconstructedFlag is true) d_value does not refer to a valid object (because the attempt to construct TYPE resulted in an exception). Note that this method is normally invoked after each write to d_value.
