== Description

Return a `DatetimeTz` whose `dateTz().localDate()` is between the specified `begin` and `end` dates based on the next bytes from the specified `fuzzDataView`, and update `fuzzDataView` to reflect the bytes consumed. The behavior is undefined unless `begin <= end`.
