== Description

Create a container of objects of (template parameter) `TYPE` containing the sequence of elements in the specified range `[begin .. end)]`, having no high water mark. Optionally specify a `basicAllocator` used to supply memory. If `basicAllocator` is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used. Note that the items in the range are treated as `const` objects, copied without being modified. The realtime clock type is used for timed operations.
