Return the namespace URI of the current node.

== Description

Return NULL if the current node has no namespace URI. The returned pointer is owned by this object and must not be modified or deallocated by the caller. The returned pointer becomes invalid upon the next `advanceToNextNode`, when `close` is called or the reader is destroyed.

the namespace URI of the current node, or NULL if it has none
