== Description

Return `true` if file logging is enabled for this async file observer, and `false` otherwise. Load the specified `result` with the name of the current log file if file logging is enabled, and leave `result` unmodified otherwise. Note that records received through the `publish` method of this async file observer may still be logged to `stdout` when this method returns `false`.

`true` if file logging is enabled, and `false` otherwise
