bsl::multimap::multimap

Create a multimap from [first, last)] using basicAllocator.

    INPUT_ITERATOR first,
    INPUT_ITERATOR last,
    ALLOCATOR const& basicAllocator);

Same as the preceding constructor, specifying only the allocator.
