BloombergLP::bdljsn::Error::Error

Create an Error object having the specified location and message.

Error(
    Location const& location,
    std::string_view const& message,
    bslma::Allocator* basicAllocator = 0);

Optionally specify a basicAllocator used to supply memory. If basicAllocator is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used.
