BloombergLP::bdlde::HexEncoder::endConvert

Complete encoding with an output count and limit.

Description

Write any pending output to out subject to maxNumOut, and load the number of bytes written into numOut. See the preceding overload for full contract details.

Return Value

a non‐negative value on success (characters that would be output if called again with no limit), and a negative value otherwise
