Create an empty container with no high‐water mark.

Deque(bslma::Allocator* basicAllocator = 0);

Description

Create a container of objects of (template parameter) TYPE, with no high water mark. Optionally specify a basicAllocator used to supply memory. If basicAllocator is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used. The realtime clock type is used for timed operations.
