Disable dequeueing from this queue.

void
disablePopFront();

Description

All subsequent invocations of popFront or tryPopFront will fail immediately. All blocked invocations of popFront and waitUntilEmpty will fail immediately. If the queue is already dequeue disabled, this method has no effect.
