BloombergLP::bdlbb::BlobUtil::append

Append fill bytes to bring dest to a greater length.

Description

Append the specified length bytes to the specified dest, all new bytes are to be set to the specified fill. The behavior is undefined unless length <= dest‐>totalSize() ‐ dest‐>length() or 0 != dest‐>factory().
