Append bytes from a contiguous address onto dest.

Description

Append the specified length bytes starting from the specified source address to the specified dest. The behavior is undefined unless the range [source, source + length)] is valid memory, and length <= dest‐>totalSize() ‐ dest‐>length() or 0 != dest‐>factory().
