BloombergLP::bdlbb::Blob::Blob

Create an empty blob using the specified factory to allocate buffers.

    BlobBufferFactory* factory,
    bslma::Allocator* basicAllocator = 0);

Optionally specify a basicAllocator used to supply memory. If basicAllocator is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used.
