std::string_view const& categoryPrefix,

allocator_type allocator = allocator_type());
Description
Create a hierarchical category setting object having the specified categoryPrefix and the specified recordLevel, passLevel, triggerLevel, and triggerAllLevel threshold values, respectively. Optionally specify a basicAllocator used to supply memory. If basicAllocator is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used.
