BloombergLP::baljsn::EncoderTestAddress::EncoderTestAddress

Create an object of type EncoderTestAddress having the value of the specified original object.

    bslma::Allocator* basicAllocator = 0);

Use the optionally specified 'basicAllocator' to supply memory. If 'basicAllocator' is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used.
