Parameters

kstrOptional passphrase bytes; if NULL and enc is set, cb is used.
klenLength of kstr when provided.

uApplication data passed to cb.
libctxLibrary context used for provider-backed encoding, or NULL for the default.
propqProperty query for algorithm fetches, or NULL.
