Append a signed attribute identified by ASN.1 object to a CMS SignerInfo.

Parameters

objAttribute type OID.
typeASN.1 string type of bytes (for example V_ASN1_OCTET_STRING).
bytesAttribute value bytes to copy into the new X509_ATTRIBUTE.
lenLength of bytes in octets.
