| *no_proxy*
| Exclusion list (comma/whitespace), or NULL to use no_proxy/NO_PROXY.

| Destination host; if listed in the exclusion set, no proxy is used.
| *use_ssl*
| Nonzero selects HTTPS proxy environment variables when `proxy` is NULL.
