Bind entry point that populates an ENGINE loaded from a shared library.

Exported as the shared‐library symbol bind_engine. IMPLEMENT_DYNAMIC_BIND_FN(fn) wraps a callback of type int fn(ENGINE *e, const char *id).
Return Value
Non‐zero on success; 0 aborts the load, restores prior ENGINE state, and unloads the shared library (clean up internally on failure to avoid leaks).
