Destination encoded message of length RSA_size(rsa).

mHash

Hash of the message being signed.

Digest method that produced mHash.

mgf1Hash

Hash algorithm used by MGF1, or NULL to use Hash.

sLen

Salt length in bytes, or RSA_PSS_SALTLEN_* special values.
