PBKDF2 iteration count.

keylength

Optional derived key length in octets; NULL means the cipher default.

prf

Pseudorandom function AlgorithmIdentifier (defaults to HMAC‐SHA1 when absent).

salt

Salt value; usually an OCTET STRING but may be another ASN.1 type.
