Return Value

Provider handle on success, or NULL on failure; unload with OSSL_PROVIDER_unload().

ctx

Library context that will own the provider, or NULL for the default.

name

Provider name (for example "default" or "legacy").

params

Optional OSSL_PARAM array configuring the provider, or NULL.
