Append a UTF‐8 string parameter by reference until OSSL_PARAM_BLD_to_param().

1 on success, or 0 on error.

Description

bld

Parameter builder.

key

Parameter name string.

buf

UTF‐8 string (NUL not counted in bsize); must remain in scope until to_param.

bsize

Length of buf excluding NUL, or 0 to compute via strlen().
