Wrap a key with AES Key Wrap with Padding (RFC 5649) using block.

Optional 4‐byte AIV integrity value, or NULL for the default.

Buffer for the wrapped key material.

Key material octets to wrap (any length in the supported range).

inlen

Length of in in bytes.

Block‐encrypt function used by the wrap algorithm.
