SignerInfo from the original SignedData that contains the receipt request.

signcert

Certificate of the receipt signer.

pkey

Private key corresponding to signcert.

certs

Optional additional certificates to include (for example intermediate CAs), or NULL.

flags

Optional CMS flags (CMS_DETACHED, CMS_BINARY, CMS_NOATTR, CMS_TEXT, and CMS_STREAM are not supported).
