Returns whether the stored exception is uniquely referenced.

Description

Returns false for an empty exception_ptr. Otherwise, returns true if this is the only exception_ptr instance referring to the stored exception object.

Analogous to std::shared_ptr::unique.

Return Value

True if this is the only reference to the stored exception.
