Constructs a wallet descriptor from a descriptor and its range metadata.

descriptor

The output script descriptor.

creation_time

Unix timestamp of when the descriptor was added.

range_start

First index in the descriptor's range.

range_end

Index past the last item in the range.

next_index

Index of the next item to generate.
