wallet::CreateFromDump

Creates a new wallet database from a previously dumped file.

Return Value

true if the wallet was created successfully.

The parsed arguments specifying the dump file and options.

name

The name to give the new wallet.

wallet_path

The path where the new wallet is created.

error

Receives an error message on failure.

warnings

Receives any non‐fatal warnings produced during creation.
