FeeRateEstimatorManager::BlockPolicyEstimateRawFee

Delegate to the block policy estimator's estimateRawFee (used by the estimaterawfee RPC).

Return Value

The estimated fee rate, or an invalid CFeeRate when no estimate is available.

The confirmation target, in blocks, to estimate for.

threshold [in]

The minimum success probability a fee rate bucket must meet.

horizon [in]

The time horizon whose data the estimate is drawn from.

buckets [out]

If non‐null, receives the bucket data used to produce the estimate.
