CTxIn::MAX_SEQUENCE

This is the maximum sequence number that enables both nLockTime and OP_CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY (BIP 65). It has SEQUENCE_LOCKTIME_DISABLE_FLAG set (BIP 68/112).
