This struct template provides a mechanism for determining whether a given (template parameter) ALLOCATOR_TYPE defines a nested alias namedpropagate_on_container_swap. The static boolean member value (nested alias named type) is true (bsl::true_type) if ALLOCATOR_TYPE defines such an alias, and false (bsl::false_type) otherwise.
