Metafunction that provides access to float and double variation of the value class method that returns the maximum required buffer size to for the textual representation (toChars) for a specified format and precision value. The metafunction provides a single class method value with the signature size_t value(Format format, int precision) that returns the maximum required buffer size for the specified format and precision.
