isDirectory overloads
Declared in <bdls_filesystemutil.h>
Return true if there currently exists a directory at the specified path, and false otherwise. If there is a symbolic link at path, follow it only if the optionally specified followLinksFlag is true (otherwise return false). Platform-specific note: On Windows, a "shortcut" is not a symbolic link. The parameterized STRING_TYPE must be one of bsl::string, std::string, std::pmr::string (if supported), bsl::string_view, or bslstl::StringRef.
