BloombergLP::bdls::FilesystemUtil::getLastModificationTime

Load into the specified time the last modification time of the file at the specified path, as reported by the filesystem. Return 0 on success, and a non-zero value otherwise. The time is reported in UTC. The parameterized STRING_TYPE must be one of bsl::string, std::string, std::pmr::string (if supported), bsl::string_view, or bslstl::StringRef.
