BloombergLP::bdlat::operator==

Return true if the specified lhs and rhs objects have the same value, and false otherwise. Two FuzzUtilOptions objects have the same value if all of the corresponding values of their maxArrayLength, maxStringLength, and printableAsciiCharsOnly attributes are the same.
