Declared in <balxml_minireader.h>
Construct a reader with the optionally specified bufSize. The instantiated MiniReader will utilize a memory buffer of bufSize while reading the input document. Optionally specify a basicAllocator used to supply memory. If basicAllocator is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used. Note that bufSize is a hint, which may be modified or ignored if it is not within a "sane" range.
