Context for simple types (uses TypesParserUtil).

`Decoder_SimpleContext` [constructor]	Create a simple-type parsing context for the specified `object` using the specified `formattingMode`.
`addCharacters` [virtual]	Process the specified character data while decoding. Return 0 on success, and a non-zero value otherwise.
`beginParse`	Invoked when the decoder begins parsing. Return 0 on success, and a non-zero value otherwise.
`endElement` [virtual]	Invoked when the decoder finishes parsing an element. Return 0 on success, and a non-zero value otherwise.
`parseAttribute` [virtual]	Invoked when the decoder encounters an attribute of a simple-type element. Return 0 on success, and a non-zero value otherwise.
`parseSubElement` [virtual]	Invoked when the decoder encounters a sub-element. Return 0 on success, and a non-zero value otherwise.
`startElement` [virtual]	Invoked when the decoder begins parsing a simple-type element. Return 0 on success, and a non-zero value otherwise.
