BSLMF_MOVABLEREF_DEDUCE

This macro expands to a movable reference to VA_ARGS for which the arguments are deducible in all language versions. Note that the argument list of this macro is variadic in order to support deducing template arguments, e.g., this macro supports uses like BSLMF_MOVABLEREF_DEDUCE(bsl::pair<T1, T2>) for which the types T1 and T2 are deducible, even though the macro argument contains a comma.
