Construct a reader with the optionally specified `bufSize`. The instantiated MiniReader will utilize a memory buffer of `bufSize` while reading the input document. Optionally specify a `basicAllocator` used to supply memory. If `basicAllocator` is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used. Note that `bufSize` is a hint, which may be modified or ignored if it is not within a "sane" range.
