Consumes data from the buffer; writes to the controlled sequence.

Append the specified character to the internal buffer, or do nothing if traits_type::eof() is passed.

basic_syncbuf<CHAR, TRAITS, ALLOCATOR>::int_type
overflow(int_type character = traits_type::eof()) override;

eof() to indicate failure, something else (usually __c, or not_eof())
