BloombergLP::bdlde::Crc32::maxSupportedBdexVersion

Return the maximum valid BDEX format version, as indicated by the specified versionSelector, to be passed to the bdexStreamOut method. Note that the versionSelector is expected to be formatted as yyyymmdd, a date representation.
