BloombergLP::balxml::Utf8ReaderWrapper::documentEncoding

Return the document encoding or NULL on error. The returned poiner is owned by this object and must not be modified or deallocated by the caller. The returned pointer becomes invalid when close is called or the reader is destroyed.
