Return the string representation of special floating point values if the specified classification is: * bdlb::Float::k_POSITIVE_INFINITY * bdlb::Float::k_NEGATIVE_INFINITY * bdlb::Float::k_QNAN * bdlb::Float::k_SNAN and 0 otherwise. This representation does not include the delimiting double quotes of JSON strings.
