absl::LogDebugFatalStreamer

Returns a LogStreamer that writes at level LogSeverity::kLogDebugFatal.

Description

In debug mode, the program will be terminated when this LogStreamer is destroyed, regardless of whether any data were streamed in.

A LogStreamer configured to log at LogSeverity::kLogDebugFatal.
