absl::FormatConversionSpec::has_zero

Indicates whether zeroes should be prepended to the result for this conversion character instead of spaces.

Declared in <absl/strings/str_format.h>

bool
has_zero_flag() const;

This flag is set through use of the '0' character in the format string. E.g. "%0f"

true if the zero‐pad flag is set.
