Wait

Atomically releases mu and blocks until signaled, then reacquires it.

WaitWithDeadline

Atomically releases mu and blocks until signaled or the deadline passes, then reacquires it.

WaitWithTimeout

Atomically releases mu and blocks until signaled or the timeout expires, then reacquires it.
