== Description

Create an object of type 'EncoderTestAddress' having the value of the specified 'original' object. After performing this action, the 'original' object will be left in a valid, but unspecified state. Use the optionally specified 'basicAllocator' to supply memory. If 'basicAllocator' is 0, the currently installed default allocator is used.
